You’re almost ready to sell your miles. Take a moment to review and confirm your information.

Terms and Conditions

So that we can ensure a smooth transaction, it is important to understand the terms and conditions:

Payment Process:

Once you click submit our system will automatically verify your details. In certain cases, you will be required to go through eKYC. This is handled by our merchant, stripe. You will be prompted to submit a form of ID such as a driver's license or passport to verify you are the account holder. The name on the ID must match the name on the account that you are selling miles/points for. Once your transaction is approved, payment will be sent the same business day. Please note: PayPal deducts a 2.9 percent fee.

What we do:

1. Once we purchase your points, they will be utilized towards redemption tickets (tickets bought with points) for our clients. The timeline of us using your points can vary from a few days all the way to a few months or more.

2. When we are ready to use your miles we will contact you with the exact flights to book and the passengers information. It is critical you reply to our message within 24 hours (we will usually reach out via email and text) to avoid payment reversal. While booking the flights yourself does take 10-15 minutes it means you do not have to provide us your account login details/credit card information like other brokers. If you would rather provide that sensitive information to save yourself time please contact our support.

3. We may also need to add miles in order to book a ticket if the account does not have enough miles. The additional miles belong to us as well and we only add them before booking if necessary.

What should you do/Not do?

As you are aware, even though legal, selling of miles and points is against the terms and conditions of the airlines. Therefore, information should not be volunteered about the sale. If you have any questions, you may email us at support@flybasis.com

As you are aware, We do not buy miles that are going to expire with a six months of the sale.

It is required that you respond to communication within 24 hours when it is time for us to use your miles/points. Failure to reply and/or book the requested flights in a timely manner may result in a payment reversal.
